Pam, my service tech was very professional and my wait time was excellent

My service consultant, Lori Clark, went out of her way to make sure my truck was repaired as soon as possible. My truck had two issues that required the use of my extended warrantee. Lori did a great job of making sure the two issues were repaired and paid for by the extended warrantee as quickly as possible.

Everyone was nice and appointment time was met

I had made an appointment several days ahead of time. When I got there, I was greeted and immediately taken care. Waited in the clean and pleasant service lounge and had a delicious cup of freshly ground coffee while my Silverado was serviced in a timely maner. Everyone there was friendly and professional.

On time & went over future needs. Joyce was great.
