The Service Manager was polite, and explained best she could of the progress of the repair. She did her job. The problem was the repair was not made. Took over 2 days to determine what they thought could be wrong. It could take over a week perhaps longer, to get a new part and not sure if a used part could be found. Even after the repair would be made the repair shop was not sure if that was all that was wrong with the transmission. We ended up loading the truck onto a rented vehicle trailer and rented a moving van for towing vehicle home to Michigan. The repair was done in Michigan in 2 days.

Multipoint inspection not available, even upon request. "We don't print those anymore" "We will let you know if something is wrong. Notified by Nissan that I needed a cabin filter and recommended transmission flush. Was discouraged to get transmission flush. Told, "what's holding your transmission together may be washed away if you get a flush." "You should be on your 2nd or 3rd flush, now". I felt like it was assumed that my transmission was having issues. Side note, my assistant has the same make/model with 110,000+ miles, recently received a flush, with no hassle or discouragement. I didn't feel my car was being properly serviced which is how I ended up going back to Nissan, where I originally purchased the vehicle as a 2nd owner. I am supposed to be scheduled for a transmission flush and to check the check engine light, tomorrow, 4/25/2025. There has been no emails or texts confirming the appointment is scheduled for in the morning. I am a not sure what's going on at Jon Hall service.

I purchased my vehicle in August, and from the beginning, I’ve had issues with the radio speakers making a loud buzzing sound. I’ve mentioned this before, but the issue is still not fixed. As a parent of children on the autism spectrum one with severe noise sensitivity—this ongoing problem has made car rides extremely stressful. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have an appointment scheduled for Monday, 7/7, and I requested a loaner vehicle due to my transportation needs, but I’ve received no response. I can’t keep returning to the dealership every time something goes wrong it’s inconvenient, especially with special needs children. I expected better support after purchase. I’m very disappointed in how this has been handled.

Brooke is the best! I stopped in with no notice for a Tire sensor that stopped working... she ran back and talked to service and was able to get me in without even an appointment... I know that's not the norm and can't be expected, but it was awesome that she went the extra mile... like she always does! As I've said multiple times, if I were hiring, I would totally be trying to poach Brooke. You have a great employee there that takes care of the customer and goes the extra mile and makes a personal connection... hard to find... Hang on to that girl and give her a raise!

Lori my service specialist was great as usual. I was disappointed that although I was there to get a new battery; when my car arrived it had 4 perfect tires. When I was leaving I noticed my tire pressure light was on, when I got out to check, 1 of my tires was completely flat. They drive the car to you and I just think someone should have said something. Thankfully I checked my own car before leaving.

Normally this is where I would praise Jon Hall employees for being professional and efficient; but unfortunately that was not the case on my last visit. I dropped off my 2019 Silverado at 7:30am on Tuesday morning because of a”chirping “noise coming from the left front axle. Having done some research I found Service Bulletin PIP5653E squeak chirp noise from front axle in 2wd ..This bulletin described everything I was experiencing and the fix was to replace the left front axle.I told the service advisor about the bulletin and also that the truck needed to be driven at least 30 miles before the chirping noise could be heard. I asked if this repair would be covered under my Chevrolet Extended Warranty and she replied “probably “.She advised the diagnostic fee was $120. Not having heard anything by Wednesday afternoon I called and left a message for an update. The advisor called later in the day to advise that they left my truck idling for an hour and could not hear the noise. Again I told her as per the bulletin the truck had to be driven at least 30 miles. Again not having heard anything I called on Thursday for an update. The advisor called later and stated they drove the truck a short distance and could not hear a noise. For the third time I told the advisor to read the bulletin and have the technician drive the truck at least 30 miles.On Friday the advisor called to say the technician did drive the truck a good distance and heard the noise I was referring to. The advisor stated it would cost me $677 to replace the left front axle. I asked why my Chevrolet Extended Warranty would not cover the cost and she acted like she was not aware of my coverage. She called the warranty department and stated they denied the claim because it was a “nuisance “ not a broken part.Really? I refused the repair and when I went to pickup my truck the cashier handed me an invoice for $251 instead of the $120 I was originally quoted. I contested the charge because I feel like if the technician would have read and diagnosed my truck as per the bulletin my truck would not have been in the shop for 4 days. The manager corrected the invoice to $125.67. As a long time customer I have come to expect better. Very disappointed with Jon Hall and extremely dissatisfied with the Chevrolet Extended Warranty.

I had an oil change done tire rotation done, and asked them to check my tires within three days. I had a flat tire then when I went to a tire shop to get it fixed, they told me the wall was ready to bust out and it just didn’t happen overnight. There were a little disappointed that I had went to a Chevy Dealer and no one caught this. I feel like I paid for a service that wasn’t done very disappointing.

Well. My service rep was horrible to deal with. I actually had to contact Chevrolet and complain about her. She billed me $600 more than what we agreed on paying which I have text confirmation. She agreed to work with my warranty company and every single time she would complain that my car is holding up a lift and she wanted to get it sent to a yard while the parts arrived. Well she should not have agreed to accept the parts. Also if Chevrolet built a car properly I would have to do an engine rebuild at 43k miles and right before this 200 miles ago I had to do a transmission rebuild. Build a good truck and it won’t be in service all the time. Audrey was a complete nightmare to deal with. I get it. She had to be off a few times here and there because of her daughter. But at least have someone else handle the file while you’re gone. Because of this experience I will never ever buy another Gm product and I would always advice people against it as well

I will say this time I happen to see my car bring pulled into a bay to get my rear brakes checked and I was NOT happy how that young man drove my car. I never witnessed anyone there driving my car like he did. There was a witness who saw what I saw. I used your shuttle service to go home because it would be a couple hours before my car would be ready. Your driver )John) was very nice and polite. Dealing with Lori is always great.. but I was not impressed with the young man who pulled my car in the bay. I have no idea who he is or his name but I did esport this to Lori. Extremely disappointed in everything with the service department. We as a family have been loyal customers of Jon Hall Chevrolet for decades & can't believe the lack of quality control in all of the Service Department. What started as routine maintenance has turned into a nightmare. I brought my 2018 Silverado Diesel 2500 in for an oil change & fuel filter change in the middle of August. The mechanic found metal shavings in my fuel filter so the needed to inspect my fuel pump. Once that was done it was determined the the fuel pump was bad & needed to be replaced & the fuel system needed to be cleaned out/flushed. All was agreed upon for the work & went through my extended warranty. After the work was completed (The 1st attempt) I was told my truck was ready for me to pick it up. Once I arrived at the dealership I signed the paperwork, they pulled my truck up to the door & said have a great day. As I did a visual inspection of my truck there were greasy hand prints all over my truck hood, bumper, fenders, drivers door inside & out, head liner, steering wheel & center console. As well as scratches on both fenders & a dent. So, I went back inside to my service tech George Hernandez & asked him to come outside to look. He apologized & got help wiping my truck down & said that they would repair the damage. Once I left the dealership the truck was running rough, I called George & told him. He had the truck towed back to the dealership & that's pretty much where it's been since, two & a half months later. The mechanic that did the original repairs on my truck apparently didn't do them correctly & I was told he was fired. Now, I have attempted to pick my truck up on five different occasions when George has told me it was ready to go. Every time I have tried picking it up, the engine light comes on with a different warning on the display & I'm told to bring it back in & they will fix it. I'm supposed to pick up my truck again today 10/24/25 just waiting on a phone call from George. I can't explain the amount of stress, disruption & anxiety that this experience has given me. My truck is my lively hood, it's paid off & I need it to pull my trailer for work every day. Through the rental trucks that I've had to pay for & now the unknown feeling of "is my truck going to work today" that I will feel every day moving forward. I have no confidence in Jon Hall Chevrolet anymore. They have no leadership that makes sure that all of the jobs are done correctly & no accountability. Overall it was pleasant enough, but repeatedly the environment in the service department is unprofessional and sub par. It's frustrating because it could be easily fixed. As I drove in, a guy is mopping the floor with some sort of Zamboni, cars are stacking up in the left lane. Thinking we should mop up the bay before cars start arriving, but maybe thats just me. Not knowing what to do, I'm waiting for someone to give me a clue where they want me to leave my car. Finally someone walks out into the bay, eating a danish or something in one hand, starts waving me over to come into the middle lane. Felt bad I interrupted her snack time, as snacking is important. Why is there no one present to manage the influx when you KNOW you have a bunch of 8:30 appts? Have someone for each wave guiding people in the correct bay and get them to their service advisor, or just keep it the way it is and embrace the chaos. Brooke, my service advisor is no longer there, so wasn't sure who my advisor is. So the lady at the first desk, probably gets all the strays. She gladly helped me out after informing me that my service advisor, Stacey was out sick. Many times I have come into pick up my car around noon and no one is around. I just stand there feeling like a dummy waiting for someone to be available to assist. Why not have an "info" person at a desk or around to get people where they need to be. You just walk in, people are roaming around seemingly busy but not helpful. In addition, you won't do tire rotations with wheel spacers! I find this ironic as I bought my truck as a CPO from another dealer in Jacksonville. This policy disqualifies you from working on my truck. I'm not going to make a separate trip to get my tires rotated, and anyone else doesn't seem to have an issue with this. See you guys next recall!

Mr Spencer , Thank you for the response, and I on behalf of Jon Hall Chevrolet, apologize for the Service Drive cleanup; however, unfortunately, we had a Motorhome that arrived for Service on the Service Drive, and the sewer waste tank was not completely closed, which resulted in raw sewage being spilled all over the Service Drive area. And our maintenance team acted quickly, washing and disinfecting the area, then with the use of the machine you saw, they removed any standing water to prevent a slip hazard to our arriving customers. Otherwise, the cleaning of the Service Drive is an overnight process. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused during your visit. Took Several Hours to do an oil change and tire rotate. They told me I needed cabin air filter which I declined but they had already put a new one in and I told them to pull it out that I could do it myself for more than half the price. Then they told me I had a cracked lug nut and I just wanted to get out of there so I agreed to buying that. Sad part was in the glove box they had to empty to replace the filter had four spare lug nuts because I have the locking lugs. So when or if they went in to get the key for the locking lugs they would have seen the spare lug nuts that were right in the case with the key for the locking lugs.
