The Service Manager was polite, and explained best she could of the progress of the repair. She did her job. The problem was the repair was not made. Took over 2 days to determine what they thought could be wrong. It could take over a week perhaps longer, to get a new part and not sure if a used part could be found. Even after the repair would be made the repair shop was not sure if that was all that was wrong with the transmission. We ended up loading the truck onto a rented vehicle trailer and rented a moving van for towing vehicle home to Michigan. The repair was done in Michigan in 2 days.

Multipoint inspection not available, even upon request. "We don't print those anymore" "We will let you know if something is wrong. Notified by Nissan that I needed a cabin filter and recommended transmission flush. Was discouraged to get transmission flush. Told, "what's holding your transmission together may be washed away if you get a flush." "You should be on your 2nd or 3rd flush, now". I felt like it was assumed that my transmission was having issues. Side note, my assistant has the same make/model with 110,000+ miles, recently received a flush, with no hassle or discouragement. I didn't feel my car was being properly serviced which is how I ended up going back to Nissan, where I originally purchased the vehicle as a 2nd owner. I am supposed to be scheduled for a transmission flush and to check the check engine light, tomorrow, 4/25/2025. There has been no emails or texts confirming the appointment is scheduled for in the morning. I am a not sure what's going on at Jon Hall service.

I brought my car in because there were problems with side mirror alerts and other things. The technician identified that the problem was caused by a body shop that did not properly anchor the sensors when they reassembled the car. This is not a routine problem and the technician went above and beyond to diagnose and fix. I am very grateful. Also my service advisor, Joyce Goytil, communicated the problem skillfully..

Joyce was great! The waiting room was great. The cost of the oil change is very manageable.

First oil change. Appointment at 850 am. Didn't leave until 1130 am. Oil change and found a nail in tire. Almost 3 hours is UNACCEPTABLE! Filled my DEF and the entire side of my brand new BLACK truck was caked white. I was an hour late for my son's brain surgery because of this. Being a marketing rep nationwide I will tell EVERY person I come in contact with, DO NOT GO TO John Hall

Overall it was a great experience. The only complaint that I have is that I went in for an oil change and came out almost $900 later. However, they made me aware of other potential issues and I had no problem using my coupons to help pay for the service. Thank you Chevy.

I had a oil change & tire rotation. I was told I had a re-call and if I wanted it fixed now, would not take long to do. I said do it and in under an hour and a half it was all done. That's great. Keep up the good work.

Had an appointment. Went to assigned person and had to wait 20 minutes to be told I’m at wrong person. Than had to wait almost 15 minutes to get through the line there. We were told the online doesn’t work right. Fix it or get rid of it.

Came in for an oil change ( scheduled the day before) it was a pleasant experience the service tech were polite. They advise how long it would and asked if you wanted the car washed.

I purchased my vehicle in August, and from the beginning, I’ve had issues with the radio speakers making a loud buzzing sound. I’ve mentioned this before, but the issue is still not fixed. As a parent of children on the autism spectrum one with severe noise sensitivity—this ongoing problem has made car rides extremely stressful. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have an appointment scheduled for Monday, 7/7, and I requested a loaner vehicle due to my transportation needs, but I’ve received no response. I can’t keep returning to the dealership every time something goes wrong it’s inconvenient, especially with special needs children. I expected better support after purchase. I’m very disappointed in how this has been handled.

I know that's not the norm and can't be expected, but it was awesome that she went the extra mile... like she always does! As I've said multiple times, if I were hiring, I would totally be trying to poach Brooke. You have a great employee there that takes care of the customer and goes the extra mile and makes a personal connection... hard to find... Hang on to that girl and give her a raise!

Lori my service specialist was great as usual. I was disappointed that although I was there to get a new battery; when my car arrived it had 4 perfect tires. When I was leaving I noticed my tire pressure light was on, when I got out to check, 1 of my tires was completely flat. They drive the car to you and I just think someone should have said something. Thankfully I checked my own car before leaving.

Normally this is where I would praise Jon Hall employees for being professional and efficient; but unfortunately that was not the case on my last visit. I dropped off my 2019 Silverado at 7:30am on Tuesday morning because of a”chirping “noise coming from the left front axle. Having done some research I found Service Bulletin PIP5653E squeak chirp noise from front axle in 2wd ..This bulletin described everything I was experiencing and the fix was to replace the left front axle.I told the service advisor about the bulletin and also that the truck needed to be driven at least 30 miles before the chirping noise could be heard. I asked if this repair would be covered under my Chevrolet Extended Warranty and she replied “probably “.She advised the diagnostic fee was $120. Not having heard anything by Wednesday afternoon I called and left a message for an update. The advisor called later in the day to advise that they left my truck idling for an hour and could not hear the noise. Again I told her as per the bulletin the truck had to be driven at least 30 miles. Again not having heard anything I called on Thursday for an update. The advisor called later and stated they drove the truck a short distance and could not hear a noise. For the third time I told the advisor to read the bulletin and have the technician drive the truck at least 30 miles.On Friday the advisor called to say the technician did drive the truck a good distance and heard the noise I was referring to. The advisor stated it would cost me $677 to replace the left front axle. I asked why my Chevrolet Extended Warranty would not cover the cost and she acted like she was not aware of my coverage. She called the warranty department and stated they denied the claim because it was a “nuisance “ not a broken part.Really? I refused the repair and when I went to pickup my truck the cashier handed me an invoice for $251 instead of the $120 I was originally quoted. I contested the charge because I feel like if the technician would have read and diagnosed my truck as per the bulletin my truck would not have been in the shop for 4 days. The manager corrected the invoice to $125.67. As a long time customer I have come to expect better. Very disappointed with Jon Hall and extremely dissatisfied with the Chevrolet Extended Warranty.

I'm not sure why they put all of my tires at 40+ psi after/during the rotation. They have typically been at 35ish. Is there a reason for that? Otherwise everything was fine as usual.

I made an appointment for 11 on the Chevrolet app. When I arrived I was told the service writer that I had an appointment with was not working that day. I stood there trying to get another service writers attention for several minutes. After getting bounced around I finally was able to get some help. Definitely a chaotic situation. Not the kind of experience I’m looking for after spending almost 90k on a truck.

I had to ask twice to have the battery replaced in the fob. I asked for a tire rotation and balance but they were only rotated. I told the service person that there was some vibration so they needed to be balanced and rotated. It is still vibrating so I will need to get the tires balanced since it was not completed as requested.

Friendly fast service as always

I had an oil change done tire rotation done, and asked them to check my tires within three days. I had a flat tire then when I went to a tire shop to get it fixed, they told me the wall was ready to bust out and it just didn’t happen overnight. There were a little disappointed that I had went to a Chevy Dealer and no one caught this. I feel like I paid for a service that wasn’t done very disappointing.

Pam was great to work with, had the windows tinted on two vehicles. She handled everything will continue to ask for her in the future.

I thought the service was good could of clean or cleanup the vehicle before you bring it to the customer. this has happened the last three time I had service. I also thought the repairs were to expensive.

Disappointed in GM for what I consider false advertising concerning the 2.9% finance offer. Being told that to get that would require me giving up all incentives….bad business! Also, low balling my trade value. I have been a loyal Jon Hall customer for a long time. I dropped my guard and got a bad deal in my opinion. I could have gone anywhere and got the deal I got. Next time, I will. Kenny Glaze was the only bright spot.

Customer Service has been going downhill, I’ve been a steady customer since 2019, this last visit was the worst, vehicle is worse after service than when I brought it in, (after almost $500). 4 service issues,(not listing here, as they apparently don’t care?) especially the cash office person was quite rude. No one else to talk to.

Service advisor Pam always does an awesome job. Repair of truck took quite long and technician put wrong tires on my truck. Had to return the next day yet again to have the correct tires put on the truck.

Ms Pam was amazing! From the first phone call (there were multiples) she took care of everything I needed and even talked out scenarios. There was never a no, just a let's see!!

Well. My service rep was horrible to deal with. I actually had to contact Chevrolet and complain about her. She billed me $600 more than what we agreed on paying which I have text confirmation. She agreed to work with my warranty company and every single time she would complain that my car is holding up a lift and she wanted to get it sent to a yard while the parts arrived. Well she should not have agreed to accept the parts. Also if Chevrolet built a car properly I would have to do an engine rebuild at 43k miles and right before this 200 miles ago I had to do a transmission rebuild. Build a good truck and it won’t be in service all the time. Audrey was a complete nightmare to deal with. I get it. She had to be off a few times here and there because of her daughter. But at least have someone else handle the file while you’re gone. Because of this experience I will never ever buy another Gm product and I would always advice people against it as well

I will say this time I happen to see my car bring pulled into a bay to get my rear brakes checked and I was NOT happy how that young man drove my car. I never witnessed anyone there driving my car like he did. There was a witness who saw what I saw. I used your shuttle service to go home because it would be a couple hours before my car would be ready. Your driver )John) was very nice and polite. Dealing with Lori is always great.. but I was not impressed with the young man who pulled my car in the bay. I have no idea who he is or his name but I did esport this to Lori. Extremely disappointed in everything with the service department. We as a family have been loyal customers of Jon Hall Chevrolet for decades & can't believe the lack of quality control in all of the Service Department. What started as routine maintenance has turned into a nightmare. I brought my 2018 Silverado Diesel 2500 in for an oil change & fuel filter change in the middle of August. The mechanic found metal shavings in my fuel filter so the needed to inspect my fuel pump. Once that was done it was determined the the fuel pump was bad & needed to be replaced & the fuel system needed to be cleaned out/flushed. All was agreed upon for the work & went through my extended warranty. After the work was completed (The 1st attempt) I was told my truck was ready for me to pick it up. Once I arrived at the dealership I signed the paperwork, they pulled my truck up to the door & said have a great day. As I did a visual inspection of my truck there were greasy hand prints all over my truck hood, bumper, fenders, drivers door inside & out, head liner, steering wheel & center console. As well as scratches on both fenders & a dent. So, I went back inside to my service tech George Hernandez & asked him to come outside to look. He apologized & got help wiping my truck down & said that they would repair the damage. Once I left the dealership the truck was running rough, I called George & told him. He had the truck towed back to the dealership & that's pretty much where it's been since, two & a half months later. The mechanic that did the original repairs on my truck apparently didn't do them correctly & I was told he was fired. Now, I have attempted to pick my truck up on five different occasions when George has told me it was ready to go. Every time I have tried picking it up, the engine light comes on with a different warning on the display & I'm told to bring it back in & they will fix it. I'm supposed to pick up my truck again today 10/24/25 just waiting on a phone call from George. I can't explain the amount of stress, disruption & anxiety that this experience has given me. My truck is my lively hood, it's paid off & I need it to pull my trailer for work every day. Through the rental trucks that I've had to pay for & now the unknown feeling of "is my truck going to work today" that I will feel every day moving forward. I have no confidence in Jon Hall Chevrolet anymore. They have no leadership that makes sure that all of the jobs are done correctly & no accountability. We had an appointment for oil, filter change and tire rotation. We were in and out in 45 minutes with a car wash! We were very pleased with this visit. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Everything was great. I did have two things I’d like to discuss. I was not able to receive my free car wash at the time because the machine was not working that day. I was informed I could come back another day. Also, my new sticker was not placed on my car for my next appointment for my 3000 mile checkup. That’s all.

Oil change. Also ended up needing a new battery (after 3 years, 9 months), which service caught when it only tested 205 cold crank amps.

Service department people are great. The truck not so much. Still shakes a lot at idle sometimes I think it's going to stall out. Basically just waiting for the motor to go seeing that your fix was to change the oil to a different weight. So overall happy with the dealer but not the truck.

Well first I was sent by Bill from Bill Transmission shop. Told me to see Joice. So far right on. Joice had all info needed to get my 2016 Silverado in the shop, and most of all she handled the Warranty. She gave me a time frame after the diagnostic. Just a few days out, also depending on time frame of parts received. Work was done way ahead of time. offered to have my truck washed before I left. Thank You Jeff Harvey

I'm been getting my trucks serviced at Jon Hall for a lot of years. My service advisor was Gary Yocum who has retired. So, now, my new service advisor is Audrey Brooks. Very nice and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to my continued relationship with Jon Hall.

Truly positive experience

Overall it was pleasant enough, but repeatedly the environment in the service department is unprofessional and sub par. It's frustrating because it could be easily fixed. As I drove in, a guy is mopping the floor with some sort of Zamboni, cars are stacking up in the left lane. Thinking we should mop up the bay before cars start arriving, but maybe thats just me. Not knowing what to do, I'm waiting for someone to give me a clue where they want me to leave my car. Finally someone walks out into the bay, eating a danish or something in one hand, starts waving me over to come into the middle lane. Felt bad I interrupted her snack time, as snacking is important. Why is there no one present to manage the influx when you KNOW you have a bunch of 8:30 appts? Have someone for each wave guiding people in the correct bay and get them to their service advisor, or just keep it the way it is and embrace the chaos. Brooke, my service advisor is no longer there, so wasn't sure who my advisor is. So the lady at the first desk, probably gets all the strays. She gladly helped me out after informing me that my service advisor, Stacey was out sick. Many times I have come into pick up my car around noon and no one is around. I just stand there feeling like a dummy waiting for someone to be available to assist. Why not have an "info" person at a desk or around to get people where they need to be. You just walk in, people are roaming around seemingly busy but not helpful. In addition, you won't do tire rotations with wheel spacers! I find this ironic as I bought my truck as a CPO from another dealer in Jacksonville. This policy disqualifies you from working on my truck. I'm not going to make a separate trip to get my tires rotated, and anyone else doesn't seem to have an issue with this. See you guys next recall!

Absolutely love Jon Hall Chevrolet! I have purchased/leased about 10 vehicles with them over the years. I have recommended them to many friends and family. Mat Kelly is exceptionally great and my salesman Brandon G, is also fantastic top-notch . They are wonderful people to deal with and make purchasing a car enjoyable.

Took Several Hours to do an oil change and tire rotate. They told me I needed cabin air filter which I declined but they had already put a new one in and I told them to pull it out that I could do it myself for more than half the price. Then they told me I had a cracked lug nut and I just wanted to get out of there so I agreed to buying that. Sad part was in the glove box they had to empty to replace the filter had four spare lug nuts because I have the locking lugs. So when or if they went in to get the key for the locking lugs they would have seen the spare lug nuts that were right in the case with the key for the locking lugs.
